Today (25 Sep 2024), Mr. Nattaporn Toprayoon, former advisor to the Ombudsman, as a defendant, who was sued by the Move Forward Party for defamation by advertising, along with a claim for 24,062,475 baht in damages, from the case in which Mr. Nattaporn filed a petition with the Election Commission (EC) alleging that the Move Forward Party violated the Political Party Act.
